By accessing or using the Sweele website or app (together, the "Service"), operated by Virek Inc ("Sweele", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service · 服务说明

Sweele shows curated deals, price comparisons, recipes, and local merchant offers, and lets you shop selected products directly through the app. Content and availability may change at any time without notice.

3. Accounts & User Content · 账号与用户内容

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. If you post reviews, photos, or other content, you must have the right to post it, and you grant Sweele a license to display it within the Service. Do not post content that is unlawful, infringing, or misleading.

你需要妥善保管账号凭证,并对账号下的活动负责。如果你发布点评、图片或其他内容,你需拥有发布该内容的权利,并授权 Sweele 在服务内展示该内容。请勿发布违法、侵权或误导性的内容。

4. Acceptable Use · 可接受使用

You agree not to misuse the Service — for example, by scraping content at scale, attempting to disrupt the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Third-Party Links & Merchant Information · 第三方链接与商户信息

The Service may link to third-party merchants and marketplaces, some of which are affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure). Deal, price, and stock information about merchants is provided for reference; actual prices, availability, and terms are set by the merchant and may differ at checkout. Sweele is not responsible for third-party sites or transactions.

6. Intellectual Property · 知识产权

The Sweele name, logo, and app/website design are owned by Virek Inc. Third-party content (e.g. merchant flyer information) remains the property of its respective owner.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability · 免责与责任限制

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virek Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on price or deal information shown.

8. Termination · 终止

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for anyone who violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service, or delete your account, at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
