When you use the Sweele app, we collect: your email address (for account registration and login), your name and shipping address (to deliver orders), and your order records (products, amounts, and order status).

当你使用 Sweele App 时,我们收集:邮箱地址(用于注册和登录)、收货人姓名与收货地址(用于配送订单)、订单信息(商品、金额、订单状态)。

2. Payments · 支付

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered on and processed by Stripe — we never store your full card number on our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

3. How We Use Information · 信息用途

We use your information to create and secure your account, process and deliver orders, provide customer support, and send service notifications about your orders. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing · 信息共享

We share information only as needed to run the service: with Stripe for payment processing, and with shipping carriers to deliver your orders. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion · 你的权利与账号删除

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Me → Settings → Delete Account). After deletion, your profile is anonymized and your email is removed so it can be used to register again; order records are retained as required for accounting. You may also email us to request access to or deletion of your data.

你可以随时在 App 内注销账号(我的 → 设置 → 注销账号)。注销后你的个人资料将被匿名化、邮箱被移除(该邮箱可重新注册);订单记录因财务需要依法保留。你也可以发邮件给我们,请求查询或删除你的数据。
